The accommodation was clean, the room was clean. The staff was amicable, offered wake up calls and ironing free of charge. The setting of hotel was peaceful, in the middle of the city. Local fast food option Sparky's Grill was 15 minutes walk away. The vibe here was quiet.

Sadly, but there was bad smell in some areas.

The place had a quiet atmosphere. A gym area and a fitness centre were right on spot.

Stayed at a hotel near the beach and had a great experience. the location was convenient, with a short walk to the beach and promenade. the rooms were nice, and our apartment for 5 people was spacious and had a modern design. the pool had enough sun beds if you arrive early, and there was a kids' side with a waterslide. the staff were friendly and always willing to help. the food had a decent variety, with salads, pizza, fries, and freshly grilled meat available. a comfortable and enjoyable stay at Pacific Palma. Cons: Couldn't fault 👍🏻.

The location of the hotel was excellent, with easy access to the beach and aquapark. It was also surrounded by many shops, which was very convenient. the rooms were clean and well-maintained, providing a comfortable stay. the hotel allowed dogs, which was a huge bonus for us as pet owners.

There were several negative aspects of our stay. the communication with the staff was a major issue as most of them struggled to understand and speak English.

Insufficient options, long queues, and sometimes, the food wasn't even enough for everyone. The hotel also needs a thorough cleaning since there were spider webs, gritty floors, and dirty utensils.

The pool area was great and very clean. They had a big pool and also a kids area with a slide. There were plenty of sun loungers available all around the pool, so we always managed to find a space to relax. The buffet offered a good variety of food, especially the breakfast, which included cereals, fruits, pastries. The staff was polite and friendly all the time.

The rooms were a bit dusty, and we found spider webs in our apartment. We had to ask for cleaning service to change our towels and empty the trash cans, which they did promptly.

The rooms at Hotel Pacific Palma were cozy and comfortable. I loved having a terrace with a city view, perfect for enjoying a cup of coffee in the morning. The desk and flat-screen TV were great amenities for catching up on work or relaxing after a long day of exploring. The private bathroom was clean and well-maintained, and the bed linen and towels provided were of good quality. as a budget traveller, I felt that the room provided everything I needed for a pleasant stay.

Personally, I wasn't a fan of the minibar in the double room. But I understand that some guests might enjoy having the option to indulge in drinks and snacks without leaving the room.

I had a great time in this hotel. the location was perfect; just a short walk to the beach and many nearby shops, and there were plenty of sunbeds by the pool. the room was spacious and clean with comfortable beds, and the bathroom was modern and functional. the breakfast buffet was delicious, with a good variety of hot and cold food options. I also enjoyed the daily activities and entertainment provided by the hotel.

I did notice that the parking was limited and often crowded, which made it difficult to find a spot.
